NSCoPSE has responded to both the Independent Review of the proposal to make PSHE education statutory and the Rose review of the primary curriculum.

The 'Strategic Partners' Group comprising representatives of national organisations concerned with PSHE education including DCSF, Ofsted, QCA and NSCoPSE have produced a working definition of PSHE education.

Provision of effective SRE - evidence for what constitutes effective SRE. See Kirby 2007 and the attached powerpoint.

Responding to the the Independent Review of the proposal to make PSHE education statutory, Eric Carlin, Chair of the Drug Education Forum has produced two presentations: PSHE Review Quotes and PSHE Review Recommendations 

Also published is the final report of the Independent Review of the Primary Curriculum by Sir Jim Rose.
